Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Golden Dipet Lemon Herb Seafood Marinade
- 1 1/2 lb California shark, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 can (8-oz) pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
Thread fish, tomato, and pineapple pieces on skewers. In shallow galss dish pour Lemon Herb Seafood Marinade evenlty over kabobs and let stand 20 to 30 mineurs, turning several times. Place kabobs on open grill over medium-hot coals. Baste and turn once. Cook approximately 15 minutes or until fish is opaque
