Baked Fish & Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs (oregano & basil & dill)
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 2 fish fillets (haddock, cod)

Preparation

In a bowl combine the crumbs, parmesan, oregano, basil and garlic, mix well. Put butter in a shallow dish, dip the fish in the butter, then coat with the herbs mixture.

Place fish in an oven dish and bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes and salad.
