Ingredients
- 1 c. cauliflower, sliced in sm. Pieces
- 1 c. broccoli, sliced in sm. Pieces
- 1 c. celery, sliced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 c. zucchini squash, sliced thin
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced in rings (preferably red onion)
- Blue cheese dressing
- 1 c. lowfat yogurt
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip light salad dressing
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
BLUE CHEESE DRESSING:
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in large salad bowl and toss with blue cheese dressing.
Dressing:
Mix all ingredients together well. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
