Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 2 tsp. dried parsley leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 cans (16 oz. each) cut green beans, drained
Preparation
Melt butter in a 2-quart saucepan. Mix cornstarch with milk, mustard, oregano, parsley and salt. Cook over medium heat; stirring constantly, until smooth. Add beans, heat thoroughly.
