Ingredients
- (1 cup) pouches frozen BOCA Meatless Ground Burger
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 6 corn tortillas, warmed
- 2 tablespoons shredded non-fat cheddar cheese
- Toppings, such as shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and onion (optional).
Preparation
MIX ground burger, salsa and seasonings in nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
SPOON ground burger mixture evenly onto tortillas; fold over. Top with cheese and desired toppings
Variation:
Omit chili powder and cumin. Prepare as directed, using medium or hot salsa.
