- 2 1 cup watercress leaves plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 12 slices bacon, cooked until crisp
- 1 1/4 pounds sliced turkey breast
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 8 slices Atkins white bread, lightly toasted
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried
prepration
Mix mayonnaise with basil. Spread on bread slices.
Top 4 bread slices with a quarter of the turkey, a quarter of the watercress, three slices bacon and a quarter of the tomato slices. Top with remaining four slices bread. Cut each sandwich in half on the diagonal.
