- 1 ounce smoked salmon (1 large slice)
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced (1/4 cup)
- 4 slices Atkins Bakery Rye Bread, crusts removed
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained and lightly crushed
- 1 ounce cream cheese
prepration
Mix cream cheese with capers; spread on all four bread slices.
Top two slices each with half the salmon, half the onion and pepper to taste. Top each with remaining bread. Cut each sandwich in quarters on the diagonal.
