- 2 leaves Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 6 tablespoons Caesar salad dressing
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup capers, lightly mashed
- 1 large garlic clove, halved lengthwise
- 2 pounds ground chicken
- 6 slices Atkins BakeryTM Ready-To-Eat Country White Bread

Prepare grill a medium grill or heat broiler. Mix chicken, cheese, capers and pepper until just-combined (do not overmix). Form mixture into six patties and grill until just cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.
While burgers are cooking, prepare garlic toasts. Brush both sides of bread with garlic clove and oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill bread until toasted, about 1 minute per side.
Serve each burger atop one slice of bread with dressing and lettuce.
