Frozen Mocha Slushie recipes

  • 12 to 14 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup chilled extra-strong decaffeinated coffee
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar free chocolate syrup
  • 2 teaspoons granular sugar substitute
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

prepration

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat coffee, chocolate syrup and cocoa powder. Stir until cocoa is dissolved, about 2 minutes. Cool slightly.
  • Transfer to a blender. Add sugar substitute and cream; blend until combined. Add ice cubes in batches; blend until frothy.
