Coffee Frappe recipes

  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 scoops Vanilla protein shake mix
  • 3 tablespoons sugar free vanilla syrup
  • 1/4 cup chilled extra-strong decaffeinated coffee

prepration

Place ice in a blender and crush well. Add syrup, coffee and shake mix.
Blend on high speed until smooth, then add cream and blend just until incorporated.
