Black and White Shake recipes

ingradients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar free raspberry syrup
  • 1 scoop (1/4 cup) chocolate protein shake mix
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 scoop (1/4 cup) vanilla protein shake mix

prepration

  • Mix the two shake mixes and raspberry syrup with cold water in a shaker or pint jar. Shake until frothy and well combined.
  • Place in the freezer for 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Stir to remix before serving.
