Ingredients
- 1 potato, 1 parsnip, 1 carrot, or 1 turnip
- 4-5 Tbsp formula, breast milk, or water
Preparation
Peel vegetable and dice. Steam for about 10 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Press through a sieve and mix with liquid. You can use a blender or food processor to puree the veggies.
