Ingredients
- 1 filet of any fish
- 1/8 c 2% or whole milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 cup mashed peas
- 1/8 c mashed carrots
- 1/8 c mashed potatoes
Preparation
Cook fish and shred to make sure all the bones are removed. Put all ingredients in blender and blend.
