Apple and Pork Puree

Ingredients

  • 6 oz (180 g) Unboned, lean pork
  • 6 oz (180 g) Potatoes
  • 6 oz (180 g) Turnip
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1/4 Apple
  • 1 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 pinch Sage

Preparation

Cut pork in small pieces and remove excess fat. Peel and cut veggies into 1/2 inch cubes. Peel apple, remove heart and cut into small dices. Place everything in a saucepan and let simmer until everything is well cooked. Place in blender and freeze in cubes.
